Estate Planning Consultation
A calm, confidential conversation designed to help a family understand their situation and how their estate matters might be approached under Thai law. Everything is explained in plain terms. At the conclusion of the session, a written summary is prepared and provided to the family for them to review and keep.
This service is structured as a first step with no expectation to proceed further. Families may find the clarity gained from a single session is sufficient for their purposes. If they decide to continue with documentation or ongoing support, that decision rests entirely with them.

It is designed for families dealing with complex or contested estate situations that unfold over time.
Before engagement begins, the scope of work and all costs are set out in writing and agreed with the family. There are no undefined charges. If circumstances change and the scope needs to be reconsidered, that conversation happens openly and any change requires the family's agreement.
